Each month during our team meeting we spend a little time at the end to discuss what worked well about the meeting and what we would change and improve upon. It’s a chance to recognize small wins and provide honest feedback so that we are respectful of everyone’s time – a commodity to us all.
At last month’s team meeting, we had 3 team members vocalize that they felt a bit tight around the conference table with our growing team. So, we looked for a fix.
Instead of clicking a few buttons on Amazon for a quick fix, we turned to The Lifecycle Building Center. The Lifecycle Building Center diverts building materials bound for a landfill to their retail warehouse in SW Atlanta. CSR’s new conference table is a repurposed bowling alley lane.
The table has an undeniable cool factor, but is also a reminder of receiving feedback and finding solutions to problems.
