Andy Goldstrom knows how to grow real estate related businesses. He was a senior partner at an integrated corporate real estate outsourcing firm called USI that became an Inc. 500 company prior to being acquired by Johnson Controls. He then served as President of a recycling company that served real estate owners/investors that also grew rapidly and then sold to Waste Management. Most recently, Andy served as a Global Real Estate Director at Deutsche Bank. During his career, Andy has directly executed or managed teams locally in Atlanta and throughout the world that delivered strategy, transaction, design, construction, energy, and facilities management services.
Building on these experiences, Andy helps real estate companies clear a path to achieve results. He works with real estate brokerage/corporate services firms, construction management companies, engineers, HVAC contractors, facility maintenance and energy services companies, amongst others.
Andy loves competing. Find him in the gym, on his bicycle or in the conference room, Andy likes to continue to improve to provide the best opportunities to help him and his clients succeed. Andy volunteers at the Atlanta Furniture Bank and is a mentor with Tech Stars and at Kennesaw State’s Entrepreneurship program. He lives in Roswell with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs.
