María Rosa Muñoz

María is a cognitive psychologist with a background in special needs elementary education. In 2019, she earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her focus has always been to optimize outcomes by building on her clients’ innate strengths rather than only remediating weaknesses. Aside from maintaining an active mental health counseling practice, she enjoys applying her learnings in the business arena where playing to client's strengths enables growth. María’s roles within CSR include all inward-facing responsibilities like strategic planning, human capital, and professional development. María enjoys hiking, Stott Pilates, and is an avid reader. She and Alex have been married for over 30 years and after raising five kids are enjoying being grandparents.
