The Client Manager is responsible for nurturing the client relationship and engagement, and as such, grit, flexibility and respect, are paramount to succeed in this role.

Facilitate the workflow for client engagements; and track deliverables and due dates

Facilitate the workflow for strategic planning sessions; assist in the pre-session
preparation and post-session production of strategic plans
